I understand supervision as a joint process in which professional action is considered in its respective context: in the field of tension between role, person, mission and organisation. In doing so, I work with a goal- and resource-oriented approach that allows for differences and sees diversity as potential.
Systemic supervision offers space for reflection on professional, institutional and interpersonal processes – in individual, team and group settings. Whether in psychosocial, educational or therapeutic fields of work: The focus is always on strengthening professionalism, clarity and confidence in action.
Supervisees bring their experiences, questions and challenges with them – I support them in recognising patterns, broadening perspectives and developing next steps. Taking an outside perspective often leads to new insights into complex situations: What supports? What slows things down? What is needed for change – or for more serenity in the existing situation?
I work with a variety of methods, humour and an open eye for what often gets too little space in everyday working life – in order to make development possible right there.
I work in German and English.
