About me

My way of working as a systemic therapist and counsellor

Nice to meet you! Since my childhood, I have been fascinated by the question of what moves and drives people. This curiosity has shaped my career as a psychologist and systemic therapist. Today, it is my calling to support people in challenging life situations and to help them discover new perspectives.

At the very centre of my work is a cooperative, equal relationship between me and my clients. I approach the people I work with with an attitude of non-judgement, respect and appreciation for what they have achieved and endured in their lives so far.

As a systemic therapist, I see myself as a process companion who supports you in tackling your challenges and finding new solutions. I always take an appreciative, solution-orientated and practical approach that focuses on your individual needs and goals.

It is particularly important to me that you feel that you are in good hands right from the start and can work on your issues in a trusting environment. Your wishes and goals are our compass – whether it’s about strengthening your relationship or personal growth.

I work in German and English.
